I love this place. I have been by a couples of times to check out their live sessions, which are amazing. I also volunteered for an evening at their annual glass pumpkin patch!It's such a great location with so many wonderful folks who just want to get folks involved in the arts. Their method is glass.They're a 501(c)3 non profit and do a lot of great stuff in the community. They offer drop in classes if you want to check something out. They also offer so many events. So be sure to head to their website or just go in and check out their world class gallery and chat with whoever is there. You'll love them.Everyone is awesome and despite having never taken a class, I find myself here often when I am in town. I'll update my review once I am around long enough to get a class in. 🙃

Wow what an incredible evening! This was so amazing! The whole class was well run. The instructors all knew exactly what to say and demonstrate so that I felt confident to try this experience. They complimented me in such a way that it felt genuine and they were excited to share their art with me.These people are true artists and I highly recommend taking a glass blowing class here. I cannot wait to pick up my bowl and paper weight. They are going to be on display for everyone to see. I cannot wait for my next class in december to make Christmas ornaments. I wish I got a class to make glass pumpkins but those filled up really fast.

Having zero experience with any glass working, I took the intro to flame working group class with 2 other complete beginners and someone who had taken the class a few weeks prior. Nick Gomez (an AWESOME teacher) did a great job of keeping up with all of us in our individual projects, I feel like I learned a lot and can’t wait to take more classes with the studio!

Forget painting with some wine, how about holding molten glass on the end of a rod in a 2100 degree furnace! The wife and I took the introductory glass blowing class here for date night, and the entire experience was a blast! The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, and have an almost infectious passion for their craft. From the moment we walked in and were greeted to when we left the class the energy and charisma of the crew kept us enthralled. For those on the fence about playing with hot molten glass, safety is at the forefront of the staffs mind. We really cannot say enough of the great experience we had, but we can say we are already planning our next class with the kids this time.

Kevin and Clifton at SiNaCa studios are simply awesome, bar none!!!!! My husband and I had a few unfortunate circumstances involving our glass chips from our wedding ceremony (unrelated to them). When I explained that we were looking to have them create, or help us create, something to commemorate our wedding they went above and behind to make sure our chips we had were compatible and got us scheduled to come in. They walked us through every step of the way and educated us on the process of glassblowing. We had a wonderful time and are truly grateful to them for the experience and sharing their passion with us! We will most definitely be back!!

My daughter and I went to the studio and had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in the door to the two people that helped us (Blake and Clifton), we had a blast! In agreement with the other reviewers, excellent class. Very professional and student centered. This is a non profit teaching center hosting classes to the public. They regularly have groupon offers and its well worth it. Hands on and you keep your creation. Highly recommend.

I took a flame working class here and I can 100% say this was amazing. My class just so happened to be 1 on 1, which felt more personalized and my instructor (Nick) was very knowledgeable about everything I could think to ask. From the chemistry aspects of the glass to the know how on what to do to get the glass to do what you want, he had an answer.Be warned, he makes it look very easy but as soon as you're in control knowing what to do can quickly exit your mind. Over the 3 hours I could definitely tell an improvement was made though. Im counting the days until next time!

I purchased certificates for this studio as a Christmas gift for my husband. We weren't sure what to expect; I have friends who have been to other glass studios for "classes" but they didn't get much hands on time.We were pleasantly surprised to find that we got to be involved in basically every step of the process at SiNaCa Studios!! Not to mention, I figured we would walk away with some tiny piece of proof that we'd done this...in our class, we got to make TWO items each; a substantially-sized gazing ball and a smaller, but still good sized paperweight. The instructors are awesome and very encouraging, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Love that the group is a non-profit and that they want to teach people about glass arts.I would recommend this to anyone; even if you don't consider yourself "crafty" this will be an amazing experience. I can't wait to go back!

Most fun I've had on family vacation in a while! We all got to experience glass blowing our own gazing balls with an instructor and it was quite the experience! I had Tatara (sorry if I butchered the spelling!) who was just too much fun while being extremely informative about the process. If I was local to Fort Worth I'd be there every week

Had an absolutely fantastic time learning about glass blowing and getting a chance to make my own pumpkin and paperweight. The instructors were eager to answer all questions and supportive of all ideas. They would show you a demo of all phases of making a piece, then bring you in to play a part, from choosing and adding colors, to shaping and finishing pieces. The whole process goes by so quickly (it has to when working with molten glass!) but I felt enriched by the experience, and can't wait to try it again the next time we visit.

Fantastic experience taking a class here! Canaan was an excellent instructor and lots of fun to work with. His assistant instructor Madeline took photos for me while I was learning! Christian was great at explaining what was going on while we were observing. Highly recommend! Also, there is a cute gift shop with hand made jewelry, glassware and art that I have my eye on for Christmas gift purchases!

Absolutely amazing place! I learned so many cool things and made some beautiful pieces! Everyone was very nice! of course we did the walk up to do the glass blowing class to make a pumpkin but there was already a 2 HR wait but that gave us the opportunity to try the other 2 classes! which were both a lot of fun! we will def come back and try a class or another walk up!!

My friend invited me to a glass blowing event and I had no idea what to expect. We got there early for the 5-9 walk-up window so we didn’t have to wait at all (but even if you did, it’s cool to watch everything going on)! Blake was my instructor and since he might as well have been speaking another language about the effect of the colors, we asked for help and he did a great job in helping us with our final selections. I admittedly was VERY nervous going in because all I knew was “heat” and “fire”. The instructors are great about safety and assistance, so nothing was as difficult as it seemed. Your piece has to cool for pick-up after the event but I can’t wait to see how it turned out! I can’t wait to bring my husband! It was definitely something cool and different to do!

Stopped by after watching Blown Away on Netflix. Very cool shop, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Has a gallery for purchases $10-$4000 items. Overall great experience. Some classes aren't available to watch or be in during the summer though.

Truly awesome place -- I've been at least half a dozen times now between walk up workshops and intro classes. Every single time has been great. The instructors are all awesome and very friendly, they will help make sure you don't mess it up too badly lol. Sign up for their monthly emails to learn what each class is making ahead of time, or just ask them, they change regularly (eg furnace flowers in the spring, pumpkins in the fall, etc). There are 3 main sections to the studio during the walk up workshops: furnace (including glass blowing), flame working (torch work), and kiln forming (cold working), so it doesn't matter your skill or comfort level with heat, there is something for everyone! Can't recommend SiNaCa enough!

Amazing place! We went here for our unity glass project for our wedding. The staff was very nice and helpful you get to put alot of input into them making it and they work off what you tell them. Overall it was a great experience and a beautiful reminder of our wedding. Thank you

Above and beyond my expectations! Scheduled a private class and our artist,Clifton, was amazing to work with. Very educational and very hands on. With advance planning, we were able to do exactly what we wanted - something other studios we had contacted were unable/unwilling to put together. Pricing was very reasonable and our projects came out better than we hoped. We look forward to visiting SiNaCa Studios again in the future!

Had a Groupon to try out the glass working. Really enjoyed it. We made simple paperweights for what had time for; however, from the looks of it you could do a lot more. They had some really neat pieces displayed that students had done. Seems like you can vhoose the level of engagement depending on your comfort level. We chose to be pretty hands on with ours, but they still helped out and watched to make sure we didn't burn ourselves while working with the molten glass. Highly recommend simply for the experience and getting a cool art piece is a nice perk.

Awesome as always. I have been four times tryimg out the different classes and "walk ups" offered. This place has great staff/volunteers. They make sure you have fun, while having an active part in the creative process. I highly recommend for your own personal experience but also as a great gift idea. They have come up with great ways to address covid-19 concerns. You are sure to have a great experience!

My husband and I took a private class today and it was amazing!! They took time to educate us on how everything works and why. They gave great feedback while we were working so we wouldn’t mess up. Highly recommend the flame working experience beginner course! Nick was such a fun instructor and easy to talk to. We made beads and a seasonal item. I wanted to make one of my beads look like a dice and he encouraged me to try it out and walked me thru the process.I originally found a deal for the workshop thru groupon and am excited to try out the other workshops in the future!

My husband and I did the 30 min glass blowing class. We each chose our colors, help fire it, then swirled the colors and blow it into shape. The instructors were wonderful, clear instructions, and incredibly patient. We have already made our reservations to go back and make ornaments for X-mas!!

My husband and I had such a great experience at the Flameworking class! Everyone was welcoming and happy to answer all of our questions. I was intimidated by the fire at first but Nick was a great, capable instructor that made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to be back for more!

This place is AMAZING!!! � I took a class Sunday and both Kevin and Nick were amazing artists and teachers, with a passion for their craft which is lovely to see. The classes were engaging and hands on, and they have a beautiful little gallery in the front as well. I particularly love that this is a non-profit giving back and teaching the community through Glass for the Soul and other programs. It's pretty amazing to see work and teaching of this caliber also rolled into helping others, which makes it beyond a stand out organization in my book. Can't recommend them highly enough!
