Private Parties

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at SiNaCa Studios.  We offer both hands-on and demonstration style events that can be scheduled off site at your location or on site any time a studio is not reserved for curriculum or artist rentals.  None of our events have a required minimum head count however, there may be some restrictions based on the number of guests, time limits or event type.  During a private event, we do try to eliminate all other foot traffic in the host studio. However, the gallery will remain open to the public and curriculum that is scheduled in a non-related studio could be happening.  Event scheduling will be based on studio and instructor availability.  We do require a signed contract and a 50% deposit in order to officially schedule the event.Private Group Events at Your Location (Off Site)

Private Group Events at Your Location (Off Site)

Off Site | Group Kiln Formed Project (Group Item): Starts at $500
Our professional kiln forming instructors will visit your location and work with your group members to create a fused mosaic platter, bowl or wall hanging with a predetermined design. They will bring all of the necessary equipment, supplies, tools and safety gear to complete the project.  During this time we will explain all of the steps taken when working with glass and the magic that will take place once the piece is inside the kiln.  You group members will be given the opportunity to cut and layer sheet glass with glass frits and stringers to create the design. The final size of the project will depend on the number of participants and length of event.  We will then bring your assembled project back to SiNaCa and place it into an electric kiln where it will be fired over a 12 hour cycle to fuse the layers together. The final piece will be available for pickup in the SiNaCa Studios gallery approximately 2 weeks after the event.
